The Endurance Eagle Mission
Endurance Eagle’s mission is to continue the legacy of one great American business by equitably transitioning and preserving the values, location, and team from a business owner looking to move on to his or her next great adventure.
Endurance Eagle was founded by Patrick Briggs, an entrepreneur, who’s spent fifteen years leading and operating in startups, small businesses, and brands with expertise in sales, marketing, operational efficiency, data analytics, and financial planning and analysis. He created Endurance Eagle to find, preserve, and transition one American business from an owner looking for a new adventure.
The Endurance Eagle Name
Endurance Eagle’s name comes from the spirit of Mr. Briggs’ personal and professional upbringing.
Endurance: Mr. Briggs has never walked away from a hard project. He has a wide range of skills because he was always willing to take on the initiatives that no one wanted to do in order to grow a business. Mr. Briggs has often been called a “grinder” for his commitment to working hard and valuing every gain.
Eagle: Many of Mr. Briggs’ values solidified at a young age as a Boy Scout; junior troop leader training, summer camp counselor at Camp Pahatsi, and eventually an Eagle Scout in Sacramento, California. To this day, Patrick lives by the values of the Scout Law: Trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent
Patrick Briggs, Managing Director
Patrick Briggs is Managing Director of and the majority investor in Endurance Eagle, LLC. Mr. Briggs founded Endurance Eagle to identify, acquire and grow owner-led businesses. Mr. Briggs leads a team of operators, analysts, investors, and advisors prepared to support the fair and fast transition of a retiring business owner. After the completion of a business sale, Mr. Briggs will lead the day-to-day operations with the support of his team and an experienced board of directors.
Prior to founding Endurance Eagle, Mr. Briggs pursued his life-long entrepreneurial passions by driving revenue growth for digitally native businesses in Silicon Valley and New York City. Mr. Briggs developed and led the sales and marketing for these companies, driving nine-figure revenue growth, product positioning, cost optimizations, and strategic initiatives. In his fourteen years of technology growth marketing for consumer, B2B, and insurance companies, Mr. Briggs developed his love for leading organizations, sales, growth, and entrepreneurship that he is now focusing on for the acquisition of a business from a transitioning business owner.
Mr. Briggs holds a BA from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, New York. He currently lives in New York with his wife and two young sons where they attend Trinity Episcopal Church.
